Lease rate is 2.5% monthly off the paintings value.
A minimum of 6 months lease contract is required. There’s no maximum length to the contract.
After the lease contract you have the opportunity to buy the painting first. When buying the painting the selling price of the painting will be reduced with the last 6 months of rent.
Financial lease:
Lease rate is 7.5% monthly off the paintings value.
The lease contract is 18 months.
After the lease contract the painting becomes your ownership.
Lease conditions:
Paintings will be obligatory delivered to and collected form the customer. Cost for travel will be charged at € 0.50/ km.
Hanging systems are not included. The can be purchased by extra costs.
The painting will be provided with a steel hanging cord at the back of the painting.
For lease contracts, payment should be done in advance every 1st of the month. A warranty of 1 month has to be paid the first month.
Insurance after delivery is not included and should be done by the customer.
Changing a painting is possible after a minimum and interval of 6 months. The lease rate will be adjusted to the value of the painting(s).
